La Voila—the first (rough) panel of a whimsical comic strip I was conceived a few years ago, called Finnegan’s Treehouse. It’s amazing what one discovers when cleaning out the ol’ archives. The idea is good and I don’t remember why I lost track of the project, exactly. Perhaps it was because the medium was considered “dead,” at the time, by no less an authority than Bill Watterson.
Who knows? Perhaps Finnegan will find a second existence in animation. I’ll fiddle around with the notion and see what may be achieved. Or not.
