Kids clamored for her until they nearly suffocated from hysteria. “Mrs. M” would turn a dull teenage gathering into a Bacchanal the very moment she took off that slinky top and stunned the crowd with her “other favourites”—she wasn’t British, she simply never completed her education in Alabama.

Moreover, that “extra special thing” Mrs. Mills did with the Bonobo monkey and her girdle remains the stuff of legends across innumerable hinterland counties. Good times.
