Eh, illustrating can be a little bit like acting (well, not exactly.) Putting a few finishing touches, in this photo, on one of the forty-five illustrations I created for my new novel, THE WEDNESDAY BOX. My color work goes through a complex process involving India ink washes, combinations of acrylic, oil, watercolor, and even theater grease paints, pen-and-ink effects, and colored pencil work for finishing. I prefer #ARTEZA pencils when working with multimedia projects. They impart a glow I usually don’t see with other pencils, but what do I know? I’m just a lefty. 😉
